The American Hypnotherapy Association provides standards for hypnotherapists. The organization also provides specialized education, certification and examinations. A written and practical demonstration exam must be passed before you can become a certified practitioner of hypnotherapy. After passing the exam successfully, you will be required to sign an AHA-created Code of Ethics. There are many reasons why you should join AHA.

This organization has more than 40 member countries. A.C.H.E. offers professional training. The schools that are approved earn certification which allows them to become certified hypnotherapists.
