Flourishing, a personal experience

Dr. Martin Seligman states that flourishing is the experience of positive emotions towards life. It can provide a framework for psychological and emotional wellness. When we experience positive emotions, we flourish, while when we do not, we languish. Negative emotions can lead you to be emotionally and relationally challenged, leading to many negative outcomes. How do we encourage flourishing? Here are some techniques:

First, it is important to recognize that change is necessary for flourishing. It is natural to change our lives, but we should accept that change is uncomfortable. In other words, we should question who we really are. When we are able to question our true selves, we can then give ourselves the space to grow. We can then flourish. It is important to remember that flourishing is a personal experience. It's important to reflect on your habits and make necessary adjustments to your routine.

It is a point of balance between resources, and the challenges.
