Teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh

Thich Nhat Hanh's Teachings focus on living simple, in harmony and peace with the earth and other people. The Plum Village way of living is an invitation to explore the ways of life and re-connect to our true nature. Nine senior teachers, who studied under Thich Hanh, will teach the teachings from Thich Hanh, a Vietnamese Buddhist monk, who died at Tu Hieu Temple in Hue. They will be sharing insights from Thay’s writings.

Thich Nhat Hanh's teachings draw on the traditions from eleven monasteries around the world. The Plum Village Tradition describes the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh in forty tenets, each focused on a particular aspect of Buddhism. This text is often used to base Mindfulness Trainings. These teachings are also rooted in the Buddhist tradition of the past.
